Batiste Dry Shampoo Review

I've been using Batiste Dry Shampoo for a couple of years and I have to admit that I kind of felt like I'd discovered a miracle when I first started using it!  Being a busy mum of three, I don't always get time to spend ages fiddling with my hair so this really is a lifesaver for those days in between washes when its looking a bit grimy.

Dry shampoo works by removing any excess oil in your hair leaving it looking/feeling much more fresh and shiny.  You simply spray it on the roots of your hair, rub it in using your fingers and then brush it out!  The spray does make your hair look a bit white when you first apply it (my kids find this highly amusing) so you do need to make sure you brush it out sufficiently.

I've used other (cheaper) brands of dry shampoo in the past but for me they didn't work half as well as Batiste, they just didn't make my hair feel as clean and soft.  You may pay a bit more for this brand but in my opinion it's worth it - you certainly get what you pay for in this case.
I'm currently using the cherry version and I paid around £3 for the 200ml canister.  It's the first time I've used this particular fragrance and I have to say that I think it's my new favourite because it smells so fruity and I just love fruity fragrances.  Hours after using this product my hair still smelt of cherries which made me a very happy girl indeed!

I've also tried original, blush, fresh and tropical (my previous favourite) but there are many others to choose from, including ones that boost, care for or even add a tint of colour to your hair.  You can see the full range on the Batiste website
