About a month ago I began to increase my physical activity and tried to cut down on food. Unfortunately the food part is my downfall because I am a comfort eater - I tend to eat bad things when I'm sad, when I'm happy, when I'm tired etc etc.
I'm not going crazy with the exercise, I'm starting slowly because if I do lose weight I would like it to stay off. Foodwise, I've had good days and I've had bad days, I certainly could have done better, but the main thing is that I'm still trying and I'm thrilled that I've managed to lose 4lb this month!!
So this is my official record of my weight loss, I'm hoping it will give me encouragement when I'm struggling and remind me that I can do it.
