Chicco Pocket Snack Booster Seat Review

Going on holiday with a baby is something we haven't had to do for quite a few years.

Thinking about our upcoming holiday, we were worried about how much we would have to fit into our car or if it would all fit in. E eats better when she is in a highchair so to avoid her not eating all week while we're away we decided to look for a travel chair. We came across this little lovely in Toys'R'Us (although we have seen it for sale in other retailers since we bought it), it was reduced from £29.99 to £14.99 so on top of being a fab little item, it was also a bargain!
Obviously the main reason we bought it was because it folds up reasonably small so it will take up less room in the boot of the car, but what I love most about this chair are the little legs. They make the chair much more versatile - you can even use the chair on the floor like a picnic seat.
We tried it out on the floor but I was concerned that it might tip if E leant over too much. She soon tested that out by leaning right over the edge in an attempt to reach the floor and I'm happy to say that it didn't tip although it did look like it might.

The straps were easy to adjust and fit on the chair perfectly. The tray clips on and off securely so I know our little madam wont be able to get it off (yes, this is something she tries to do)!
When using it on a chair you can either have the legs up or down, I suppose this will depend on how tall the table or chairs are and how close to the table you want your little one to be (E tends to pull things off the table if she is too close).
I love the colour and design, it looks really funky, but it's also practical thanks to it being mostly made of plastic - this makes it easier for mummies/daddies to clean and lets face it we all like that particular job to be easy don't we!

Another great design feature is that one of the straps which you use to attach it to the chair doubles up to become a shoulder strap so parents can carry it around with ease.
This little chair might not be the smallest one on the market but it ticked all the boxes for us in our hunt for a travel chair that we could take away with us.
