Enquiring Minds No.7
Once again it's time for my regular feature, Enquiring Minds, a series which celebrates the wonderful workings of my children's minds. You can find all my 'Enquiring Minds' posts here.
It's been a while since I last posted anything for this series because the kids just haven't been asking as many questions - maybe they really do know it all or maybe they've stopped asking me because I rarely know the answers. I think the latter is probably more likely.
So here are the latest set of questions:
- Why do we get older in age?
- Do Dolphins have sharp teeth?
- What's peach brandy?
- What's embroidering?
- What's a thimble?
- What is meditation?
- What is fostering?
- What's an MMR jab?
- What does concussed mean?
- What does puny mean?
When E had to have her 12-13 month immunisations recently, N was a little concerned and wanted to know in detail about the MMR jab in particular. My answer must have put her mind at rest because she didn't mention it after that.
Have your children asked any intriguing questions recently? I'd love to hear about them.
