Mummy V's Favourite Blogs
As a blogger I come across plenty of other blogs on a daily basis so I would like to share a few of my favourites with you. Maybe you can find a new favourite from my list!
First up is an old favourite of mine - Jera's Jamboree written by the lovely Shaz Goodwin.
Jera's Jamboree began in 2011 and is full of heartfelt book reviews, author interviews, guest posts and plenty of book news. It really is a one-stop shop for all things book related, even giveaways. I love the variety of posts and genres, it always keeps me coming back for more!
Shaz recently started a second blog which I already love - The Rose Petals.
Once again it's the variety of different posts that attracts me to The Rose Petals. Shaz's writing is another reason, she has a very natural way of engaging the reader and making you feel involved. Local information, poetry, genealogy and even card readings are just some of the posts you can expect from this blog. The Inspired By Nature series is one of my favourites.
Next on the list is Mudpie Fridays written by Clare.
Mudpie Fridays is full of fantastic ideas for activities and family days out. I have picked up so many tips from this blog, my favourite being a post which showed how to create family holiday wall art using maps: Family Holidays - Map Wall Art.
Clare has a wonderful way of combining words and images to explain how something is created, for me as a reader this makes me more likely to give it a go.
The final blog on today's list is Cosmochicklitan written by Heidi.
This is another favourite from my book blogging days. Cosmochicklitan contains all the usual book blog posts - book reviews, book news, guest posts etc. But more recently Heidi has managed to combine all this with family and lifestyle posts too!
So now when you visit this blog you are also treated to recipes, family fun and even beauty products. I look forward to seeing how it develops as time goes on - it's definitely one to watch.
I will be sharing more of my favourite blogs soon so watch this space.
Which are your favourite blogs? I'd love to hear about them.
