Chicago Town Sub Review

The V Family all love pizzas and Chicago Town is a well known name in our household so when we were asked to try some of their new range and share our opinions we jumped at the chance.

Today I'm sharing the V Family's thoughts on The Sub which is basically a baguette with pizza toppings. Now, cheese and tomato is usually our number one choice but on this occasion we decided to go for the Meat Supreme.

Meaty craving? Make way for the mighty Meat Supreme Sub. Melted Edam Cheese, Pepperoni, Ham, Mushrooms, Red Onion and Chicago Town's signature Tomato Sauce on a crispy Bread Sub, it's a feast straight from the freezer!

Each pack has two Subs inside and you can see even from frozen that they haven't been stingy with the toppings.

They took around thirteen minutes to cook and the smell as they were cooking was amazing, I really wish I had the ability to add the smell to my blog so you could all appreciate it too - smell-o-blogging, it needs to be invented!

The ingredients were all spot on (hubby's words, not mine) and tasted great together. The bread base made it so easy to hold and eat, especially for the children. It also had just the right amount of crunch on the outside and was lovely and soft on the inside. Overall these were a big hit with us.

There are two other flavours that you could try:

New for 2015, say Aloha to Chicago Town's Hawaiian Sub! Packing a tropical punch, loaded with Ham, Pineapple and a signature Tomato Sauce all on a crispy Bread Sub.

When you want a classic pizza taste, the Cheese & Tomato Sub is hard to beat. It's the perfect combination of melted Edam, Red Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheeses, Tomato pieces and Chicago Town's Signature Tomato Sauce on a crispy Bread Base.
