Exante Diet Hot Foods Review

Following on from my previous Exante Diet reviews, I would now like to share my thoughts on some other products from the Exante Diet range.

Exante Diet

Exante Diet has a range of flexible, easy-to-follow, weight-management and weight-loss plans to suit you and your lifestyle.

To make your diet simpler they have a huge range of meal-replacement products, including diet soups, diet shakes, diet bars and more. As of next month there will be even more to choose from as they are introducing a new range of products!

This week I tried some hot foods:

Exante Diet

Each item is:
  • high in protein
  • high in fibre
  • high in vitamins and minerals
  • suitable for vegetarians

I was really looking forward to trying these and I hoped they would taste as nice as they sounded.

Unfortunately I misread the cooking instructions for this pudding so it wasn't as gooey as it should've been. It didn't completely ruin it though, it tasted okay and once again (yes I know I keep going on about this) it satisfied my hunger for the whole afternoon!

Exante Diet

Cooking instructions - empty the packet into a bowl and add 60ml (2 fl.oz) of cold water. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1 minute to ensure the centre remains gooey.

This meal just wasn't for me I'm afraid, noodles have always been a bit hit or miss with me and sadly it was a miss this time. The portion size was generous though and gave me the full feeling I desired so it wasn't all bad.

Exante Diet

Cooking Instructions - empty the packet into a bowl and add 230ml (7.7 fl.oz) of boiling water. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir again and return to the microwave for a further 1 minute 30 seconds. Leave to stand for a minute before consuming.

This was my favourite of the three hot foods I tried. I made sure I read the cooking instructions properly this time and the result was perfect! You can see how spongy and gooey this pudding was, it also smelled and tasted great.

This was my final Exante Diet review and, as you've probably guessed, the thing that stood out the most for me is how well the products controlled my hunger cravings. I have also lost weight which is obviously a good thing - I'll be sharing my weight loss update with you all soon!

I received the above products for review purposes. I am always honest in my reviews and all opinions are my own or that of my family.

  1. I love noodles but only eat them on the rare occasion (my treat this half term has been a couple of deli noodles for lunch! but they are 75% less fat than other noodles).

    Great reviews Kate.
