Weight Loss Update

I'm here today to share my latest weight loss update with you, is it good news I hear you ask? Read on to find out...


During the past month I have spent my days counting calories and stretching my will power to its full capacity. There have been some bad days (I'm only human after all) but the good days have far outweighed them and I'm thrilled to say I have lost 6lb this month!

My new total weight loss since having E is:

16lb

I am so close to being able to cross off my next goal, I really didn't expect to get there so quickly! 

Goal 1: lose 10lb
Goal 2: lose 7lb
Goal 3: lose 7lb
Goal 4: lose 7lb
Goal 5: lose 7lb
Goal 6: lose 7lb

I'll be back again next month with an update and hopefully I'll be crossing off another goal.

    2. It's a focus and that helps. I'll be doing the same but with an aim to getting fitter in 2016. This year I've had no choice but to be in front of the keyboard every second I can. It's not so much weight but I don't feel as fit as when I was regularly exercising. Keep going, Kate!
