Weight Loss Update

It's that time again. Time for another update on my weight loss journey.

Since my birthday I've really struggled to keep my willpower under control and have had more bad days than good so I've actually gained 3lb this month. I won't be put off by this set-back though, I think you've got to have some bad months to really appreciate the good ones!

So my new total weight loss since having E is:


This also means that I'm a bit further away from crossing off my next goal:

Goal 1: lose 10lb
Goal 2: lose 7lb
Goal 3: lose 7lb
Goal 4: lose 7lb
Goal 5: lose 7lb
Goal 6: lose 7lb

I'll be back again next month with an update and hopefully it'll be with better news (although with Christmas just around the corner I have a feeling it'll be another struggle).

  1. I still think you've done well Kate! We're eating low fat etc etc. I'm walking over an hour at work (and then dog walk) but I am staying the same ... x

    1. Thank you Shaz. It's so frustrating isn't it - simple to gain the lbs but you have to climb mountains to lose just one! We shall keep trying though and will get there one day :) x
