Weight Loss Update
Today I'd like to share a quick update on my weight loss. I've been sticking to the MyFitnessPal plan as much as possible (I've had a few days off but luckily they haven't made too much of a difference) and I'm gradually increasing the amount of exercise I do.
Speaking of exercise, you may remember in my last post I mentioned that I was considering a FitBit. Well, after a recommendation from my sister-in-law (thank you Claire) I bought a cheaper version that works surprisingly well.
So I've been tracking my steps and even my sleep (or lack of it with all these children in the house). It's actually really interesting to see how many steps you can do just walking around the house whilst doing housework!
Now for those magic numbers. In my last post I had lost a total of 7lb and my new total weight loss is...
This means I'm only 2lbs away from my next goal of 14lb/1 stone and another step closer to my total goal of 56lbs/4 stone!
