MY REVIEW

You might remember me taking part in the blog tour for this book where I shared a fun extract that made me desperate to read more.

The thing that really stood out for me was how likeable this trio of women were - I wanted to be part of their little circle! They were all stepping out of their comfort zone by buying the B&B but gradually each of them found a new zone of comfort.

The characters were well defined and so easy to visualise. The author absolutely got it right with such a fabulous mix of personalities, in fact there wasn't a single character that I disliked. By the time I reached the end of the book I was reluctant to let them all go.

The romantic side of the storyline ticked all the boxes for me, it had everything I could possibly want - heated sexual tension, sweet romantic gestures and words that make your heart melt.

The Bed and Breakfast on the Beach was also a book with spirit, I felt buoyed after each reading session. Every scene was so warm and welcoming, it was almost as if this beautiful Greek island was wrapping itself around me and I didn't want to leave!

An unexpected turn of events towards the end left me wondering about the trio's future at Villa Valentina, I sincerely hoped they would be able to recover from the incident and continue with their adventure.

This was a spectacular summer read that captivated me from start to finish.
